I have worked extensively with HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript. I have experience working with Flexbox and frameworks such as Bootstrap and Foundation. I welcome learning new technologies as the web evolves.

There are many implementations of tetris available on the internet, with free source code to view. However I decided I wanted to challenge myself and make the basic game.
I decided this would be an exercise in improving my knowledge and understanding of native javascript, on which all modern extension libraries are built.
I used jQuery for my point of entry.
Implementation currently only works in Google Chrome.
Use arrows to move piece around
Press A to rotate piece left (-90°)
Press D to rotate piece right (+90°)
Press SPACEBAR to drop piece
Press ENTER to pause game
